Club Info : Facilities : Paul R. McLaughlin Youth Center Paul R. McLaughlin Youth Center The Colonel Daniel Marr Boys & Girls Club was expanded in June of 2000 with the addition of the Paul R. McLaughlin Youth Center, named in honor of Assistant Attorney General Paul R. McLaughlin, a local hero who was senselessly gunned down by an assassin’s bullet while working to fight gang violence and improve the lives of neighborhood youth. Since opening the McLaughlin Center, we have increased our program space by 70% and our membership capacity by 48%.
