Programs : Athletics : Track and Field

Track and Field is a competitive sport in the sense that you are competing against yourself. Each week the program is run, we try to get all kids aged 15 and under to try to improve on their individual times. In the process, they get exercise, learn to focus and show that there is always room for improvement in oneself. Workouts are held from April through June with registration held in March.
